Zillow By Owner Listing

MLS4owners does not syndicate your MLS Listing to Zillow!

Due to numerous customer complaints and pending Class Action Lawsuits against Zillow regarding inaccurate listing data, missing photos, open house information, and Zestimates, MLS4owners will no longer syndicate our listings to Zillow.

This decision will allow our customers to advertise their properties on Zillow by owner. MLS4owners listing data will no longer override your FSBO listing on Zillow, giving you control over that information. This will allow you to post open houses, add multiple photos, and feature you as the contact for buyers interested in your property. Your MLS4owners MLS listing and real estate public websites will not be affected.

Zillow is a lead generation platform for Brokers and Mortgage Lenders.  As many of you experience, Zillow manipulates your listing data to generate sales leads. Zestimates and inaccurate listing information has been extremely frustrating to our customers and MLS4owners has no authority to change it nor have any access to their site. 

FYI: Many Realtors will be calling you to list your property with them. Solicitation of a listed property by a Broker is a violation of the Realtor’s Code of Ethics and MLS rules. Placing your MLS number and “Listed by MLS4owners.com” on your Zillow advertisement, may limit the number of calls.
