FAQ's for Potential State Brokers

 

1. Why are you not selling franchises?

That is a great question. Some of the answer is a trade secret. MLS4owners is not in the business to sell franchises nor has the passion to sell franchises. We are looking for State Brokers to have the most flexibility to meet consumer demand for Flat Fee Real Estate while providing a great experience for our customers.

2. Why "Exclusive"  and only one license per state? 

Again, not to reveal trade secrets, but MLS4owners is not selling franchises to compete against each other for the same customer. Our goal is to leverage our powerful trade marked name in each state to deliver Flat Fee Real Estate services seamlessly to the consumer. Our 17 years of Flat Fee Real Estate experience tells us that one, self-starting, passionate real estate broker can deliver outstanding customers service.

3. Will I become rich and famous if I am the State Broker in my state?

Probably not. However, if you work hard and service your customers you will earn a good living with flexible hours. You will have the pleasure of growing your business, working with the most educated real estate consumers while saving them thousands of commission dollars.

4. Why are you conducting a Sealed Bid Auction for each state?

Market demand! Over the years we have received thousands of requests to franchise or open branch offices all around the country. We want to maximize our value of our Brand while having an open, fair process to find the right broker to leverage our Brand.  

5. Will the highest bidder automatically earn the exclusive license?  

No.  MLS4owners reserves the right to select the best broker that has the potential to be successful in Flat Fee Real Estate.

6. Will I have to change my state brokers license to MLS4owners and register with my state a new real estate firm?

YES. 

7. Why $25.00 application fee?

We are reviewing thousands of applications throughout the United States and Canada and are looking for the right broker for our Brand. We are very selective in who will be the most successful flat fee broker and represent our Brand in each state. It's a small fee to have the exclusive opportunity to be the MLS4owners State Broker. 

8. What fees will I be paying?   

These fees will be spelled out in the Trademark Licensing Agreement. 

A. License Issue Fee.

B. Percentage of gross sales on all products and services.

10. What's the next step in the process? 

Fill out the application. Send us a short bio and tell us why you will be successful as a Flat Fee Broker in your state. Once we select the top three brokers in each state we will notify all applicants. These three state brokers will be sent the Trademark Licensing Agreement for review.  The founder of MLS4owners will personally interview each top three applicants and select the broker in each state.
