HOW CAN I EARN MONEY BUYING A HOME ADVERTISED BY MLS4OWNERS.COM?

If you do not have a buyer agency agreement with a broker, you can earn money by hiring MLS4owners to represent you when purchasing one of our customer's listings. MLS4owners will rebate up to half of the Selling Office Commission (SOC) that is advertised in the MLS by the seller.  

HOW DO REAL ESTATE AGENTS GET PAID?

Every MLS4owners seller has agreed to pay a commission to a buyer's broker in cooperation of selling his/her home.  The amount of that commission is disclosed to agents in the MLS database.

WHAT’S THE CATCH?

There is no catch.  The sellers have simply chosen to represent themselves and save money by paying a small upfront advertising fee rather than a large listing commission. They offer a selling commission to buyer's agents, usually 2%-3% of the sales price. When MLS4owners represents you in the transaction we will rebate half of the buyer's agent fee at closing.
