Thank you MLS4owners.com for excellent service. This was a positive experience for my husband and I who are first time home sellers. The staff was quick to respond to our questions and provided every thing that the web site promised. We chose MLS4 owners as a marketing tool to help us sell my home quickly and it worked! When the ARM on our mortgage reset, we were unable to refinance. We noticed homes were taking months to sell and we could not afford to wait. Because we saved 3% in agent fees it allowed us to list the home slightly below market value (I listed for $10,000 less than comparable homes in the area). This brought buyers looking for deals. We made sure the house was clean, staged, and in good repair. We were careful and made sure the buyers were pre qualified, Also, we hired a real estate attorney to help with the paperwork. We got two offers with in a week and closed the next month. What a great tool to help sell a property quickly in this terrible market! Kudos to MLS4owner.com!

We successfully closed the sale of our house in Olympia in May of 2008 just 66 days after submitting our listing. The people at MLS4wwners.com do everything the web site says, except they do it better and faster than promised. Having bought and sold homes seven times in the past ten years, by both FSBO and the traditional full service model, there's no question the MLS4owners approach incorporated the best of both worlds for us. Having offered and paid a selling-office commission for the buyer's agent, we saved $8,935 as compared to the "traditional" 6% commission rate.

I'd like to say how pleased, delighted really, we are with MLS4owners.com. From our first contact to the last, everything was so well organized, so very easy to follow. We felt we had many looks from various realtors with good clients. In the end, by going with MLS4wowners.com we saved in listing fees, including deducting our small costs to you, just under $10,000. Incredible.
I can't think of a better way to list and sell a house. We tried the usual, newspapers, Craig's List, etc., but got nowhere. Once we connected with MLS4owners.com every thing changed. We quickly received calls from realtors and within a month had a sales agreement. Even though that fell through, and despite the downturn in the housing market, we were able to line up a second sales agreement which turned into a final sale. The bottom line, instead of paying 6% interest to realtors, 3% for a listing fee and 3% for a selling fee, our total outgo was only 2.5%, since that was the fee we elected to offer a realtor bringing us a sale, for a total savings of 3.5%! I can' t imagine anyone selling a house that would rather not pay 2.5% than the industry standard 6%! To say that we are happy is a huge understatement. Thank you MLS4owners.com for all the savings you made possible for us, and for providing us with such a user friendly way to get on multiple listing.
