We know sometimes it is hard to cut through the Real Estate Mumbo Jumbo™, and that something that sounds too good to be true often is.  Unlike some other companies, we don't use your listing to generate leads and earn commissions for ourselves. In addition, we do not nickel and dime you to death.  Our Agreement is very detailed in explaining your costs. Here is a summary of the fees you may encounter when listing with MLS4owners.com:
